Job Summary

Role: Informatica PowerCenter Developer. Intermediate experience: 7 years. Location: Coimbatore or anywhere in India.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and project managers to understand requirements and provide accurate ETL solutions aligned with business goals.
• Participate in project planning estimation and status reporting ensuring timely delivery of data integration tasks.
• Document ETL workflows, data mappings, and business rules for transparency and compliance.
• Coordinate with QA teams and business users during testing phases to validate data and resolve issues.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements and best practices within the team.
• Participate in all Agile ceremonies.

Requirements

• Primary: Minimum 8-12 years in Informatica PowerCenter development.
• Strong understanding of ETL concepts.
• Good analytical and logical skills in writing SQLs; stored procedures and creating marts/views in SQL Server and Oracle.
• A good end-to-end knowledge in ETL landscape starting from source system, warehouse, mart, and reports.
• Knowledge on XML processing and job scheduling.
• Very strong ETL concepts and hands-on experience on Informatica ETL Tool.
• Understanding on Azure platform and framework.
• Familiar with Agile software development methodologies; preferable.
• JIRA.
• Experience on Informatica Cloud platform for future development.
• Knowledge on GitHub.
• Knowledge on IDMC; IICS is preferred.

• Excellent communication with analytical and problem-solving skills, leadership and organizational abilities to effectively interact with stakeholders, colleagues and other members of the team.
