Senior Specialist - Catastrophe Risk Management

Responsibilities

• Gathers information pertaining to the information and records management process as well as records disposal projects.
• Uploads information to knowledge repository, databases, and other web tools, ensuring content management protocols are achieved.
• Formats and sanitizes presentations and documents for posting in knowledge repository to ensure consistent work products.
• Formats and administers online surveys in conformance with best practices and established survey guidelines.
• Maintain mailing lists to ensure contact database is accurate.
• Creates and maintains organizational charts as directed by the manager, to ensure an accurate view of departmental hierarchies.
• Assists with report writing and data analyses, ensuring project timetables and deliverables are met.
• Provides administrative support to project team including organizing and filing materials.
