Role Title Digitalization IT Business Analyst I4H

Purpose and content of the role

• Purpose to ensure that GTOs IM Hosakote operation is supported with Digitalization IT solutions that enable IM Hosakote to meet its short and long term targets
• This is done by connecting the business Subject Matter Experts of the plant with the team responsible for Customer DIT solutions ensuring the these solutions fully support the business processes of the plant

The key competences for this role are

• A good understanding of the manufacturing domain
• The ability to quickly understand the Customer business processes
• A strong ability to describe these processes the alternatives the pros cons
• A strong ability to identify and connect the requirements of these processes with the capabilities offered or to be developed by the MTMNG solutions
• A rigorous and analytical mindset
• Knowledge on SAP and mapping business processes in Material management warehouse management and production planning modules is a must
• • Responsibilities Main tasks
• The role requires a highly professional Digitalization and IT person with a global mindset and with ability to demonstrate a balance between clear strategic direction insightful operational decision making and ability to execute successful supporting development activities
• As the work for IM requires involvement of many different units it is essential to have capacity to cooperate in an efficient way
• Experience from working with leanagile concepts in order to drive efficiency and maximize value for the business is of value
• Provide advisory support to stakeholders to gather and identify their needs and problems and explain how MTMNG address them
• Interact with MTMNG Solution experts to identify the gaps and agree about required evolution of the MTMNG
• Participate in the local validation of the MTMNG local setup as well as new releases
• Interact with factory users to collect expectations and understanding of the operational context
• Follow up with factory users the actual usage of the MTMNG solution over time and adherence to the defined business processes
• Assist stakeholders to build a roadmap of the digital transformation projects implement valuable pieces of work in a logical sequence and ensure that they can get value at each implementation
• Work closely with core business representatives UIUX experts Architects to understand expectations and work towards making the transformations as seamless as possible for the business
• Maintain an efficient relationship with all stakeholders of digital projects and products
• Promote the use of digital enablers and strategic partnerships to maximize value creation

Knowledge Skills and Experience

• Good overall understanding of the relevant DVP MAS PRD DCL processes within GTO IM and how they are connectedinteracts with related supporting system solutions
• Ability to drive Innovation and strategies to support the challengesdevelopment of the IM market in the future from a Digitalization and IT perspective
• Very good business analytical capability and ability to interact with experts in the process and solution field
• Able to bring an outsidein perspective experience from salesservice market is a plus
• Successful in building excellent working relationships and operating effectively as a member of a high performing team
• An experience in a manufacturing context using an ERP is a strong plus
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Candidate needs to travel to client office C V Raman Nagar Bagmane for 2 to 3 days or all days wherever applicable
• Candidate will also travel to Hoskote customer plant every week once based on customer urgency and transportation will be provided between customer offices
