Senior Specialist - Architecture

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience specializing in ITSM Agentic AI and automation to design develop and optimize ITSM solutions and guide clients on leveraging Agentic AI driven automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture design and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules to meet enterprise requirements.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Develop advanced scripting solutions using JavaScript for Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Actions.
• Design and maintain integrations with external systems using REST SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Optimize workflows and automate processes using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and virtual agent technologies.
• Guide client teams on leveraging Agentic AI and virtual agent-based automation to optimize work processes.
• Ensure platform stability through regular maintenance upgrades and patch management.
• Architect and lead the development of scalable and maintainable ServiceNow ITSM solutions aligned with ITIL best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues to ensure high availability and performance.
• Document development processes, configurations, and solutions following coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow projects.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, grooming, and reviews.
• Stay current with ServiceNow best practices, platform features, Agentic AI trends and industry innovations to continuously improve solutions.
• Design and manage integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications.
• Serve as an expert on Agentic AI and virtual agent automation, providing guidance to client teams on optimization strategies.

Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of experience specializing in ITSM Agentic AI and automation to design, develop, and optimize ITSM solutions and guide clients on leveraging Agentic AI-driven automation.
• Experience architecting and implementing ServiceNow ITSM solutions aligned with ITIL best practices.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Actions.
• Experience designing and maintaining integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and virtual agent technologies.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical specifications, and estimate effort.
• Stay current with ServiceNow best practices, platform features, and Agentic AI trends to continuously improve solutions.
