Job Summary

Role Summary We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to design develop and maintain scalable solutions on the SNOW platform including workflow automation integrations and enhancements

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new ServiceNow solutions and enhancements
• Integrate external automation tools/APIs with ServiceNow platform
• Design and manage workflows and automation using Flow Designer
• Workflows
• Perform bug fixing troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Maintain and enhance eForms Service Catalog items
• Conduct periodic reviews and optimization of forms and workflows
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and platform best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders for requirements gathering and solution design

Required Skills

• Strong experience in ServiceNow development ITSM Catalog Workflows
• Knowledge of JavaScript Glide APIs
• Business Rules
• Client Scripts
• Experience in RESTSOAP integrations and API development
• Ability to debug and resolve platformlevel issues
• Understanding of workflow automation and process optimization
• Tools Technologies ServiceNow Platform ITSM Service Catalog Flow Designer JavaScript mandatory REST SOAP APIs Integration tools Middleware automation tools if applicable Git Version control preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• Developer
• Experience with enterprise integrations and automation framework
