Senior Specialist - Accounting & Tax (Lease accounting)

Role & responsibilities:

• Preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS and applicable accounting standards.
• Manage complete Month-End and Year-End Closing activities.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Handle GST, TDS, Corporate Tax compliances and tax reconciliations.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during statutory and tax audits.
• Manage Lease Accounting as per IFRS 16 / Ind AS 116, including lease calculations, ROU assets, lease liabilities, and related disclosures.
• Prepare management reports, MIS, variance analysis, and financial insights.
• Support implementation and improvement of accounting processes and controls.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• B.Com / CA/ CMA (Preferred).
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Lease Accounting.
• Experience in ERP systems such as SAP.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and financial analysis.

Preferred Skills:

• Expertise in IFRS 16 / Ind AS 116 Lease Accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience working with multinational organizations and audit teams.
