Senior Sourcing Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead global sourcing initiatives for professional services, including strategy development, category management, and supplier selection.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop strategic sourcing plans to meet those needs.
• Manage the end-to-end process from request for proposal (RFP) issuance through contract negotiation and onboarding of new suppliers.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and internal data to inform sourcing decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 8-15 years of experience in global procurement or a related field.
• Strong understanding of professional services categories such as consulting, legal, IT services etc. .
• Proven track record in developing effective sourcing strategies that drive cost savings without compromising quality.
