Senior Sourcing Lead/Manager - S2P Operations

1. S2P Operations:

- Experience in Source-to-Pay operations, particularly PR-to-PO.

- Exposure to Contract Management, Content Management and Supplier Management.

- Strong understanding of procurement processes and operations.

2. Team Leadership:

- Experience managing a team.

- Individual performance management, handling low performers and team motivation.

- Should have driven at least one strategic team-management initiative.

3. Process Transition:

- Experience managing S2P process transitions across multiple countries.

- Exposure to transition planning, knowledge transfer and process stabilization.

- Onsite transition/travel experience preferred.

4. Process Improvement & AI:

- Experience driving process improvement and automation initiatives.

- Exposure to AI/GenAI projects in procurement/S2P.

- Should be able to demonstrate measurable outcomes from automation/AI.

5. Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Effective leadership style with strong coaching and people-management capabilities.

- Ability to manage challenging situations and build team engagement.
