Senior Sourcing Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Sourcing Engineer - Vendor Development to manage supplier development, strategic sourcing, procurement, and cost optimization activities for electronic and electromechanical components. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying vendors, driving localization initiatives, managing procurement, and ensuring supplier performance in terms of Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Service (QCDS).

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of electronic components and BOM management.
• Experience in vendor development, sourcing, and procurement.
• Understanding of supply chain and sourcing processes.
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
• Experience working with SAP MM or similar ERP systems.
• Exposure to import procurement and international sourcing.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
