Senior Sourcing Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source and procure construction equipment, heavy machinery, and related materials from vendors to meet project requirements.
• Develop strong relationships with vendors through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Conduct cost analysis and negotiate prices with vendors to ensure optimal pricing for projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements in sourcing processes.

Job Requirements :

• 8-12 years of experience in sourcing engineer role or similar position in the engineering & construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction equipment, heavy engineering, sheet metal fabrication, welding techniques, and vendor development.
• Excellent costing skills with ability to analyze data effectively.
