Senior Sourcing Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and procurement activities for MRO materials, aircraft spares and maintenance-related requirements.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
• Obtain and compare quotations from multiple vendors.
• Negotiate price, payment terms, delivery timelines and other commercial terms.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as MRO, Engineering, Maintenance, Stores and Finance.
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up with vendors for timely delivery.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality and delivery commitments.
• Maintain vendor records, quotations, purchase documentation and sourcing data.
• Support cost-saving and vendor-development initiatives.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and applicable aviation requirements.
• Track pending orders and resolve supply-related issues with vendors.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience in Sourcing / Procurement / Purchasing.
• Preferably experience in Airline / Aviation / Aerospace / MRO.
• Good understanding of MRO materials, aircraft spares or maintenance supplies.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and procurement documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage timelines.
