Senior Solutions Consultant

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Typically 15+ years in the travel industry, consulting, business process services, airline operations or solutioning, with meaningful client-facing and proposal experience.
• Breadth and depth: Strong understanding of the airline value chain and proven expertise in at least one Travel BPS domain, with the ability to design integrated cross-functional solutions.
• Solutioning capability: Demonstrated experience in discovery, process assessment, operating model design, effort estimation, workforce/location strategy, transition planning, governance and benefit articulation.
• Commercial acumen: Ability to connect delivery assumptions with pricing, productivity, risk and contractual commitments and to challenge inconsistencies constructively.
• Technology orientation: Working knowledge of airline platforms and ecosystems such as GDS, passenger service systems, revenue accounting, ATPCO, cargo and workflow solutions. Familiarity with automation, analytics and AI-enabled operations is expected.
• Pursuit leadership: Track record of developing high-quality proposals, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and presenting to senior client and internal stakeholders.
• Delivery awareness: Understanding of operational KPIs, SLAs, controls, quality management, business continuity and transition risks. Prior delivery or programme management experience is advantageous.
