Senior Solution Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts to identify business needs and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet customer requirements, leveraging expertise in commercial negotiations and deal structuring.
• Utilize consultative sales techniques to understand customer pain points and provide strategic guidance on SAS products and services, resulting in successful solution implementation.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy and optimize account planning efforts.

Job Requirements :

• 4-6 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with a focus on solution selling or account management.
• Proven track record of success in developing new business opportunities through relationship building, negotiation skills, and creative problem-solving.
• Strong understanding of SAS Enterprise Guide software applications and ability to leverage this knowledge to deliver value-added solutions to customers.
