JOB SUMMARY:

Sr. Solution Architect

- Assurance that relevant technical strategies, policies, standards, and practices have been applied correctly to the proposed solution.

- The solution delivered will be more detailed than the solution architecture, and will be consistent with the solution design, Platform blueprints and roadmaps, and in compliance with the platform standards.

- Partner with multiple delivery teams operating in Agile fashion to ensure solutions built are aligned to the long-term targets.

- Drive innovation such as changes in the methods, processes, and guidelines within the customer organization or internally.

- A technology leader with ability to grasp complex customer requirements and translate them into clear technical solutions.

- An in depth understanding of video delivery systems and the environments in which they operate.

- Ability to articulate and explain complex issues both in written form and orally.

- Extensive experience of leading video delivery projects, gained either working with an operator, an equipment vendor, a systems integrator, or consulting company.

- Willingness to travel worldwide as required.

Enterprise Architect

- Contribute to best practice knowledge sharing and knowledge management in the Insurance and Health Care Industry.

- Own and maintain the One Technologies Architectural Artifacts (building blocks, models, governance, architecture and unified roadmaps).

- Form cross-functional teams (Network, Operations, Development, Data Warehouse, Quality) to facilitate the creation of optimal architectures which align to the architecture plan.

- Lead the architecture and enabling technologies strategy for data enablement for the organization.

- Lead the architecture and enabling technologies strategy for digital omni channel commerce enablement for the organization.

- Define and articulate the implications of enterprise architecture strategies, goals and viewpoints to system and application architectures.

- Proactively identify, define and maintain architectural artifacts to promote design and development/implementation consistency of systems and applications, or to reduce their time to market, cost and technical risk.

Roles:

1. Perform a consulting role with leadership in business and application development to drive best in class technology solutions.

2. Act as a subject matter expert providing the vision and strategy for functional application domain architecture.

3. Develop in-depth assessments which validate specific technology and architecture directions as appropriate for business solutions.

4. Act as the subject matter expert for the functional domain to address application integration and infrastructure framework related questions.

5. Work with Technical/ Application architects to align architecture, technology strategy and consistent processes.

6. Consults with customers on configuration and implementation options based on best practices.

7. Working within the established Engineering and Architecture frameworks to produce client solutions and designs.

8. Ensure all solutions and responses are technically and financially viable, meeting the customers' stated requirements.

9. Design and lead solutions to avoid system outages or restore availability to meet SLAs.

10. Design and lead infrastructure interfaces and stay abreast of industry best practices and contribute ideas for improvements in DevOps practices, delivering innovation through automation to enable standard deployable units of infrastructure through multiple environments into production.

11. Work with project teams to define purpose-built schemas to handle large-scale and non-relational workloads.

12. Contribute innovative ideas and perspectives to develop modern technologies, solutions, and platforms by understanding the business processes and challenges that impact our business partners.

13. Create documentation and visual representation of the end-to-end solution architecture for IT solutions.

Key Areas:

- Ensure fit for purpose, accurate, consistent deliveries.

- Improve quality and timeliness of solution/technical design delivery.

- Adherence to defined SDLC and other organization's processes (Adherence to timely submission of timesheet, holiday booking etc.).

- Contribute to new ideas and initiatives that can help the organization improve its software development processes or deliver better products to customers.

- Demonstration of producing innovative solution architecture.

- Demonstrate willingness and aptitude towards participating design and architectural activities and POCs.

- Produce technical designs that improve operational efficiency, increase productivity, and reduce the time and effort required.

- Mentor budding architects.

Qualification:

- B.E., B.Tech., MCA, or equivalent experience.

- Minimum 15- 25 years of progressive experience in software engineering roles.
