Job Title – Senior Solution Architect, Modern Workplace & Security

Experience: 8+ Years Location: Delhi

Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect – Modern Workplace & Security to design and deliver Microsoft Modern Workplace and Security solutions for enterprise customers. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, customer-facing experience, and the ability to architect secure, scalable workplace solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Modern Workplace and Security solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the best-fit architecture.
• Lead customer discussions, technical presentations, workshops, and POCs.
• Prepare solution designs, technical proposals, and effort estimates.
• Work closely with Sales, Pre-sales, Delivery, and OEM teams.
• Provide technical guidance during project implementation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Modern Workplace and Security solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Windows 11.
• Good understanding of Zero Trust Security, Identity & Access Management, Endpoint Management, and Compliance.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: Microsoft certifications in Modern Workplace or Security are an added advantage. Location: New Delhi - EMBI, New Delhi, Delhi, India
