Senior Solution Architect - AI & Modern Technologies

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect with strong hands-on coding expertise and experience designing and developing scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using modern technologies.

The ideal candidate should have a solid software engineering background, expertise in cloud-native architectures, and practical experience building and deploying AI agents and LLM-powered applications. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can drive architecture decisions while actively contributing to development and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance software architectures aligned with business requirements.
• Develop production-grade applications, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Build and integrate AI agents, agentic workflows, and LLM-powered solutions into enterprise applications.
• Implement AI capabilities such as tool calling, RAG, workflow orchestration, and integration with enterprise systems.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, AI frameworks, and architectural patterns.
• Lead technical design discussions, conduct code reviews, and establish engineering standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, and DevOps practices.
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Technical Skills:

1. Software Development

• Strong hands-on coding experience in one or more languages: Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Excellent understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
• Experience developing, debugging, and optimizing production-grade applications.

2. Solution Architecture

• Expertise in microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience designing scalable, highly available, and secure enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of domain-driven design, system integration, and architectural documentation.

3. AI Agents & Generative AI

• Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI agents for real-world applications.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, tool calling, and agent orchestration.
• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and enterprise data integration.
• Understanding of AI agent evaluation, guardrails, security, and performance optimization.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini.

4. Cloud & DevOps

• Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
• Familiarity with automated testing, logging, monitoring, and deployment practices.

5. Databases & Integration

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Knowledge of third-party API integrations and enterprise system connectivity.
• Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging technologies is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience, including significant experience in solution architecture or technical leadership.
• Proven track record of delivering production-ready applications using modern technology stacks.
• Experience deploying and maintaining AI agent solutions in production environments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Requirement: Strong hands-on coding skills and practical experience developing AI agents are essential. Candidates with architecture-only experience and limited coding exposure will not be suitable.
