About this role
Roles & Experience:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identifying and targeting potential clients across industries like manufacturing (Mid-Market) that rely on high-volume, manual processes, thus creating qualified pipeline.
- Consultative Selling: Analysing a prospect's existing business processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies that can be solved through automation.
- Solution Demonstrations: Conducting technical presentations and product demos of BPA tools (e.g., RPA, workflow engines, or AI-driven platforms) to show real-world value.
- Account Management & Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with clients to drive adoption and ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Strategic Collaboration: Working with internal technical teams and subject matter experts to tailor software solutions that meet specific client needs.
- Closing & Management: Negotiating contracts, managing the sales pipeline and providing sales forecasts to management.
Desired profile of the candidate
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Proven track record in Software Sales, specifically in Business Process Automation, SaaS, or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for Manufacturing vertical for minimum 1 to 3 Years, : Familiarity with technologies like Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Gen AI, AI Agents, etc.
