Senior Software Implementation Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Python scripts and utilities for automation, troubleshooting and system health checks.
• Investigate application and transaction issues using SQL and database queries.
• Perform live troubleshooting and log analysis in Linux/Unix environments.
• Support SIT/UAT activities and validate system behaviour across different environments.
• Troubleshoot REST API and system integration issues across services.
• Analyse complex data flows between upstream systems and the platform.
• Work closely with engineering, QA and other stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Support implementation, deployment and production-related troubleshooting activities.

Requirements:

• Python - Automation, scripting, log parsing, debugging and developing reusable utilities.
• SQL - Joins, aggregations, subqueries, window functions and database/data investigation.
• Linux/Unix - Command-line troubleshooting, log analysis, process management and system debugging.
• UAT/SIT - Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing and System Integration Testing.
• REST APIs and System Integration - API testing/integration, JSON, Postman/cURL and troubleshooting integration issues.
