Senior Software Engineering Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and implement Microservices-based architectures following industry best practices.
• Develop event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka for real-time data processing and messaging.
• Design RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and solutioning activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Ensure application scalability, security, reliability, and performance optimization.
• Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
