Senior Software Engineer

Role Overview We are looking for a Software Engineer who doesn’t just write code-but

uses AI to accelerate, optimize, and rethink development workflows . You’ll build scalable systems while leveraging tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and ChatGPT to improve productivity and code quality. This role sits at the intersection of

software engineering + applied AI , not pure ML research.

Responsibilities

• Develop quality software and web applications
• Analyze and maintain existing software applications
• Design highly scalable, testable code
• Discover and fix programming bugs

AI-Augmented Development

• Use AI tools to
• Generate and optimize code
• Debug faster
• Automate repetitive tasks
• Build internal workflows using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc)
• Integrate AI into products (chatbots, copilots, automation layers)

System Thinking + Productivity

• Reduce engineering effort using automation
• Improve dev velocity (targe

• Evaluate when AI helps vs when manual coding is better

Collaboration

• Work with product, design, and data teams
• Translate business problems into technical + AI-driven solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
• Development experience with programming languages
• SQL database or relational database skills Strong in at least one:
• JavaScript (Node.js /React)
• Python
• Java/ Go Solid understanding of:
• APIs (REST/GraphQL)
• Databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
