Senior Software Engineer

About the Role: We are looking for a

Senior Software Engineer to lead

enterprise application integrations and large-scale data/system migration initiatives , particularly supporting

M&A-driven transformations . This role goes beyond traditional development, you will play a critical role in ensuring

applications are integrated, deployed, and operationally stable in production environments . If you have strong experience in

backend development, API integrations, and hands-on data migration , this is an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact enterprise initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Application Development & Integration

• Design and build scalable integrations across enterprise platforms
• Develop APIs and automation workflows to enable seamless data movement
• Ensure alignment with Azure-based application architecture

Data & System Migration (Core Focus)

• Lead and execute data migration efforts across systems
• Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation
• Execute system migration, consolidation, and platform transitions
• Ensure data integrity and minimal business disruption

Deployment & Release Management

• Manage application deployments and migration cutovers
• Support patching, upgrades, and release cycles
• Collaborate with IT Ops for smooth rollout and user enablement

M&A Application Integration

• Support integration of applications during mergers & acquisitions
• Drive system consolidation and transition to standard platforms
• Participate in cutover planning and execution

Must-Have Skills: 8–10 years of experience in software engineering (backend-focused)

Strong hands-on experience in:

• .NET / Java / Python (backend development)
• REST APIs & integration frameworks
• SQL / PL-SQL and data transformation (ETL exposure)

Proven experience in:

• Data migration / system migration projects
• Application integration across enterprise systems

Experience with Azure services (App Services, Functions, Logic Apps) Exposure to application deployment, release, and lifecycle management
