• Position: Senior Software Engineer
• Employment Type: Contract (3–6 Months)

• Work Schedule: Flexible
• Part-Time: 20 hours/week
• Full-Time: 40 hours/week Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and optimize high-quality software solutions.
• Debug complex software issues and deliver scalable, maintainable fixes.
• Develop new features and refactor existing codebases to improve performance and maintainability.
• Analyze software architecture and recommend technical improvements.
• Optimize applications for scalability, efficiency, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical insights and support AI model development.
• Document technical solutions, best practices, and implementation details.
• Contribute engineering expertise to improve the quality and performance of AI-powered systems. Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in

Python 3, Java, Rust, or TypeScript .

• Experience with

C++ or Go is a strong advantage.

• Excellent understanding of:

• Proven experience debugging complex software systems.
• Strong background in feature development and codebase refactoring.
