• Full-Stack Code Development: Design, code, debug, and implement basic to moderately complex applications using front-end and back-end languages across multiple enterprise platforms.
• Specification & Architecture Design: Create program specifications for multiple concurrent projects, formulating logic and flowcharting to align software interactions with databases.
• Testing, Validation & Code Quality: Analyze and modify code to perform comprehensive unit testing, executing corrective measures for deficiencies and creating concise application documentation.
• Standards, Security & PCI Compliance: Enforce infrastructure application standards, data monitoring controls, and procedural compliance, including strict Payment Card Industry (PCI) security standards.
• Collaborative Solutioning: Participate directly in client-facing meetings, joint venture discussions, and vendor partnerships to determine technical solution approaches.
• Project Estimation & Mentorship: Conduct resource estimation and billable hour calculations for pipeline initiatives, while assisting with on-the-job training for peer software engineers. What you’ll bring
• Educational Foundation: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business/Management Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Core Engineering Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in software coding, system designing, multi-platform development, and data analysis.
• Polyglot Programming Skills: Advanced mastery of at least one front-end or back-end environment, with functional knowledge across diverse languages (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, Ruby, COBOL, JavaScript).
• Modern Architecture & Tooling: Practical experience working with external APIs, enterprise services, relational/NoSQL databases, and associated web frameworks (Node.js, React.js, Angular).
• Autonomous Execution: A journey-level professional capability to resolve wide-ranging scope issues creatively, requiring little instruction on day-to-day assignments. It’s a bonus if you have
• Extended Professional Tenure: 6+ years of professional experience coding, designing, developing, and deep-diving into complex data analysis.
• Specialized Enterprise Tooling: Direct hands-on experience utilizing IBM Rational Tools within production development lifecycles.
