Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and scale our core platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, experience in building scalable systems, and a passion for health-tech innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend and/or frontend systems.
• Lead architecture decisions and contribute to system design discussions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Integrate third-party APIs, AI models, and data pipelines.
• Ensure security, data privacy, and compliance standards are followed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in one or more languages (Python, Java, Node.js, etc.).
• Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices architecture.
• Understanding of version control systems (Git).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI/ML integration or data-driven applications.
• Knowledge of healthcare or wellness domain is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
