Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM professional with 5-7 years of experience in designing, developing, customizing, and supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in CRM configuration, customization, integrations, and end-to-end solution delivery.

• Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, business process flows, and security roles.
• Develop plugins, custom workflows, custom actions, and integrations using C# and .NET.
• Build client-side customizations using JavaScript and Dynamics 365 Web API.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable CRM solutions.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Perform data migration, data validation, and system optimization activities.
• Support deployments, enhancements, upgrades, and production issues.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and technical teams.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in technical design reviews.

• 5-7 years of IT experience with at least 4+ years in Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Hands-on experience in CRM implementation, customization, and support projects.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 online environments.
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture and best practices.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions.
• Good documentation and client-facing skills.
