Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Build end-to-end features across the backend and frontend that directly impact customer revenue.
• Work closely with design, product, and GTM teams to take features from idea to production.
• Translate real-world workflows such as calls, scheduling, and dispatch into scalable software systems.
• Improve system reliability, performance, and developer velocity as the company scales.
• Work directly with customers, learn from real usage, and iterate quickly based on feedback and edge cases.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience building and shipping software products.
• Strong backend fundamentals with experience designing and building reliable systems.
• Frontend experience is a plus; the role involves building end-to-end product experiences.
• High ownership: comfortable working through ambiguity without waiting for detailed specifications.
• Product curiosity: interested in understanding how real businesses operate, not just how software works.
• Speed with discipline: able to move quickly while protecting reliability and critical business workflows.
