About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
- Build robust microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Work with MongoDB for efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and QA teams for end-to-end feature delivery.
- Integrate and work on Gen AI-based solutions/features within the platform.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability
- Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Java
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
- Experience working with MongoDB
- Mandatory exposure to or working knowledge of Generative AI (Gen AI)
- Good understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and backend design principles
- Experience with Elasticsearch
- Exposure to cloud platforms/services
- Understanding of distributed systems and scalable architecture
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, web servers, and gateways.
- Knowledge of LLM Models, RAG Pipelines and New Age Coding Agents
