Im currently leading talent acquisition for the SaaS Apps Engineering team at Druva. We build cloud-to-cloud backup, security, and ransomware protection engines for enterprise platforms like Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Google Workspace, and ServiceNow.

Unlike standard CRUD backend work, our engineering team spends their days solving deep cloud-native scale challenges:
• Conquering API Rate Limits: Architecting distributed rate-limiters and backoff engines to stream petabytes of data without triggering HTTP 429 throttling blocks.
• Schema Elasticity: Engineering dynamic ingestion engines that handle user-defined custom fields and dynamic schemas on the fly.
• Multi-Tenant Security: Managing envelope encryption and zero-trust OAuth 2.0 token stores across thousands of enterprise tenants.
