The Team

We close the gap between today's automation systems and tomorrow's open, software-defined plants, turning emerging standards and technologies into solutions that matter. IT/OT convergence is at the heart of everything we build.

What You'll Do

• Architect and build PoCs and Engineered Solutions across control, edge, and IT layers
• Own software architecture and technical design decisions for SDA solutions
• Develop solutions, APIs, and product plugins in Python and C#, and containerize them
• Build AI agents and automated workflows, and apply AI across design, coding, and testing
• Co-own the team's lab infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines (servers, devices, networking)
• Review code, mentor engineers, and establish engineering practices
• Evaluate emerging technologies and standards, and turn findings into actions
• Write tests, verify and validate solutions, and present results with clear documentation

Must-Have

• 9+ years in software development, expert in Python or C#/.NET, fluent in the other
• Solid software design skills: architecture, design patterns, REST APIs, and automated testing
• Strong DevOps skills: Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and infrastructure automation
• Comfortable in IT environments: Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, TCP/IP networking
• Hands-on experience applying secure-by-design principles in IT/OT environments
• A clear communicator and mentor who can explain technical ideas to mixed audiences
