8+ years of backend engineering experience
• Deep expertise in C# / .NET
• Proven experience building high-load distributed systems
• Strong experience with Redis:
o Cache design (TTL, invalidation, consistency trade-offs)
o Memory and latency optimization
• Strong experience with gRPC, REST APIs, and messaging systems
