Senior Software Engineer - Integration (Dell Boomi & HL7)

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and support our healthcare integration solutions.
You will use Dell Boomi to connect different clinical and administrative systems.
You will also work daily with HL7 and FHIR data standards to ensure safe and fast data exchange between hospitals, labs, and internal platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Build Integrations: Design and deploy integration processes using Dell Boomi AtomSphere.
Handle Healthcare Data: Map and transform HL7 v2.x (ADT, ORU, SIU, etc.), CCDA, and FHIR messages.
Manage Infrastructure: Maintain Boomi Atoms, Molecules, and Integration Runtime environments.
Collaborate: Work with product managers, clinical analysts, and security teams to define data needs.
Troubleshoot: Monitor integration flows, fix data errors, and improve system performance.
Mentor: Guide junior developers on best coding practices and Boomi standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years focused on Dell Boomi.
Healthcare Standards: Strong knowledge of HL7 messaging, FHIR, and HIPAA data rules.
Technical Stack: Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, SQL, and relational databases.
Certifications: Dell Boomi Professional Developer certification (preferred).
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication.
