Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain major client systems across gameplay, UI, live events, progression, offers, social features, and platform services.
• Contribute to the architecture of a large Unity/C# codebase with an emphasis on modularity, testability, performance, and long-term maintainability.
• Implement and support data-driven and live-ops systems, including event configuration, feature flags, localisation, and content delivered through structured data pipelines such as FlatBuffers.
• Partner closely with design, product, QA, analytics, economy, backend, and live-ops stakeholders to deliver scalable client solutions aligned with roadmap and operational needs.
• Improve engineering effectiveness through strong coding practices, tooling, CI/build processes, code reviews, debugging workflows, and technical documentation.
• Investigate and resolve production issues across mobile client systems, platform integrations, monetisation flows, and live event features.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, contribute to team technical decisions, and help raise the overall quality bar for the engineering organisation.
