Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to build and own high-volume, event-driven systems end-to-end. You will work across backend services, GraphQL APIs, serverless infrastructure, and driver-facing applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable features and services.
• Build GraphQL APIs and event-driven backend services.
• Work on AWS serverless architecture and distributed systems.
• Build communication, onboarding, and real-time workflow services.
• Own features from design and development through deployment, production, and stability.
• Work closely with Product, Design, Operations, and Data teams.
• Improve system reliability, observability, and performance.
• Contribute to architecture, technical design, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor engineers and maintain a high code-review standard.
• Use AI-native development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.

Requirements:

• Must-Have Skills: TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, React, AWS, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, Event-driven / Serverless Architecture.
• 7-8 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with high-volume production systems.
• Strong API and distributed-systems knowledge.
• Good to Have: AWS EventBridge, AWS AppSync, React Native.
• DynamoDB Single-Table Design, Kafka / SNS, Idempotency and at-least-once delivery, third-party API and webhook integrations, CloudWatch / production observability.
• Experience with experimentation/data platforms.
