Job Summary
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer.
Responsibilities - Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
- Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
- Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
- Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- BE, B.Tech, MCA or equivalent degree from computer science background
- .NET .NET Core, C#.NET, WebAPI, WebAPI.NET Core, PL/SQL
- Proven experience in Microservices Architecture
- Hands-on experience developing RESTful APIs with JSON communication
- Solid understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented design principles
- Strong UI development experience using Angular or ReactJS, with CSS / SCSS
- Good understanding of web application design patterns and enterprise frameworks
- Hands-on experience with unit testing, code quality practices, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices
- Experience working with Cloud platforms such as OpenShift (OCP) or equivalent Kubernetes-based environments
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to:
- Understand and articulate business problems
- Propose and explain technical solutions
- Collaborate effectively with business partners and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives to completion
