Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a Java Developer with strong backend and integration experience, capable of working on cloud-native, microservice-based solutions and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

Core Technical Skills

• Strong experience with Java SE/EE and Spring Boot, including a solid understanding of Dependency Injection.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture.
• Experience with AWS services, particularly S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, ECS, and familiarity with SQS, SNS, and OpenSearch.
• Proficiency with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Experience with CI/CD concepts, using tools such as Jenkins.
• Build and dependency management using Gradle.
• Strong focus on code quality with unit testing using JUnit and Mockito.
• Experience or basic knowledge of logging and monitoring, including Splunk.
• Familiarity with serverless architectures and the Serverless Framework.
• Exposure to Dagger for dependency injection in AWS Lambda environments is a plus.
  
  

Integration & EDI Experience

• Experience installing, configuring, and developing with IBM Sterling Integrator.
• Strong knowledge of EDI transaction sets, including 850, 860, 810, 856, 214, ORDERS, ORDRSP, DESADV.
• Experience building business processes in Sterling Integrator, including support for OAuth-based authentication.
• Experience creating templates and flows for managed file transfer (MFT) with external trading partners.
• Experience handling data transformations, including JSON
  
  

Requirements

• Experience setting up proactive monitoring for infrastructure and EDI interfaces.
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, including requirements gathering and understanding end-to-end integration needs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on reliability and scalability of integrations.
