Golang Developer – Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled

Golang Developer with strong backend/system software engineering experience to design, develop, and optimize scalable, high-performance services and distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using

Go (Golang) .

• Design and implement

REST APIs, gRPC services, and service-to-service communication .

• Work with distributed systems, observability, telemetry, and data-export pipelines.
• Optimize applications for

CPU, memory, disk I/O, networking, latency, and throughput .

• Troubleshoot system and application performance issues and identify bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to build reliable, scalable, and production-ready solutions.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in

Golang/Go development .

• Good understanding of

backend and systems software engineering .

• Experience with

distributed systems, APIs, and gRPC .

• Knowledge of

observability, metrics, telemetry, and schema-driven development .

• Understanding of

TCP/networking, caching, latency, IOPS, bandwidth, and system performance .

• Good understanding of real-world system behavior and storage workloads.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
