About this role
Must Have:
Minimum of 5 years of hands on experience performing the following tasks in Workday:
. Core HCM Business Process, Security configurations
. Executing EIB loads (simple to complex)
. Workday Recruiting and Workday Talent, who can support configuration tasks, contribute to business process automation, and collaborate closely with Product Owners and Business Systems Analysts (BSAs). This role is ideal for someone who has a strong understanding of Workday's no code configuration model.
. Inbox ticket management experience (JIRA, ServiceNow)
. Creating and managing Stories/tasks in JIRA
. Monitoring of upstream/downstream integrations
. Development of Custom and Standard reports within Workday
Nice to have:
. Workday certifications
. Stakeholder management experience (IT / HR business owners)
. Experience working in Agile Pods
