Senior Software Engineer - Workday Developer,Studio API, Orchestration

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer.

• Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
• Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
• Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
• Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
• Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients' needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
• Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
• Experience in Integrations - EIB's, Core Connectors, Studio, Orchestration for exchanging participant information with benefits carriers
• Experience working and developing application using Workday Compensation/ Benefits
• Experience in creating/modifying Business Process Eligibility rules, steps

• Analyzes business requirements, designs and writes technical specifications to design or redesign HCM solutions
• Develops original and/or complex code.
• Experience in understanding business/process, reviewing the user stories/requirements, development, testing.
• Should have strong Techno-Functional experience in any of these modules - Core HR, Compensation, Benefits.
• Experience in working with Workday Developer Agent/ Git-hub Copilot
• Understands the usability and accessibility aspects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must
• Experience working in Agile teams, knowledge of Scrum construct and be part of all agile/scrum ceremonies
• Understanding of Workday Security
• Reporting - Report Writer, Advanced Reporting.
