Our team comprises certified professionals dedicated to serving our global clientele Position Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges, writing production-grade code, and mentoring teams while remaining deeply involved in development. Roles and Responsibilities

Development (60%)

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python and frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Build high-quality, production-ready code, APIs, and integrations.
• Drive architecture decisions, performance optimization, and framework upgrades.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and participate in code reviews.
• Contribute to AI-powered solutions, automation workflows, and modern engineering practices.

Technical Leadership (40%)

• Lead engineering initiatives from planning to successful delivery in collaboration with the CTO.
• Mentor developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Resolve technical roadblocks and support architectural and design discussions.
• Define and enforce coding standards, documentation practices, and development processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Product teams to ensure efficient project execution.
• Support technical hiring and contribute to building a high-performing engineering team.

Required Skills & Experience Core Technical Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, including at least 2 years of technical leadership, team mentoring, or leading engineering initiatives.
• Strong Python development expertise with hands-on experience in designing, debugging, optimizing, and refactoring complex applications. Familiarity with asynchronous programming, ORM internals, performance tuning, testing, and best coding practices.
• Proven experience building and maintaining production-grade applications using Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Strong understanding of system design principles, including database architecture, caching strategies, message queues, API design, scalability, and multi-tenant systems.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions, create design documentation, and work effectively with engineering leadership and cross-functional teams. Good to Have
• Experience with AI/LLM applications and integrations.
• Exposure to Agentic AI workflows, MCP Servers, RAG systems, or AI-powered product features.
• Experience with Frappe / ERPNext.
• AWS experience (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront).
• Experience working in SaaS product environments.
• Open-source contributions or technical blogging are a plus. What We Offer
