Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM). The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IT services.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for ITSM and ITOM processes.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow to enhance functionality and improve user experience.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with other systems and tools.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.
- Conduct testing and validation of ServiceNow solutions to ensure quality and performance.
- Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures related to ServiceNow development.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve the platform.
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on ITSM and ITOM.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including scripting, workflows, and integrations.
