Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain highly interactive, user-friendly Power BI dashboards and reports based on complex business requirements
- Assist in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from various structured and unstructured data sources
- Collaborate closely with key business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Perform data validation, quality assurance, and automated testing to ensure high accuracy and integrity of all published reports and dashboards
- Optimize dashboard and report performance, query execution times, and usability to ensure a seamless end-user experience
- Thoroughly document dashboards, data sources, report logic, definitions, and technical metadata
- Provide technical support for troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancement of existing reports and analytical tools
- Evaluate emerging trends (such as Large Language Models and cloud analytics) to inform solution design and strategic innovation
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making.
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst
- 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
- 3+ years of experience writing SQL queries and assisting with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
- Experience working with business stakeholders translates business requirements into technical solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good knowledge in Azure and LLM
- Good knowledge on full-stack development technologies, including Spring Boot, Angular, or React
- Good knowledge in RESTful API development and integration
- Proven excellent documentation skills, including mapping data dictionaries, metadata, and reporting logic
- Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
