About the Role

We are looking for a highly capable, hands-on Senior Full Stack Software Engineer who combines deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, business domain understanding, and excellent communication to deliver high-quality software solutions.

The ideal candidate should be able to quickly understand business domains and requirements, apply strong engineering fundamentals, and independently design and implement reliable, scalable, and maintainable application components.

What We're Looking For

1. Business Domain Understanding & Technical Execution

• Quickly understand new business domains, workflows, and functional requirements to develop effective software solutions.
• Translate requirements and technical designs into practical, high-quality implementations with minimal supervision.
• Independently own complex features, identify technical dependencies, and resolve implementation challenges.

2. Deep .NET, API & Microservices Engineering

• Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and modern enterprise application development.
• Deep understanding of .NET fundamentals, dependency injection, asynchronous programming, middleware, design patterns, and how these concepts work together in real-world applications.
• Strong API engineering skills, including RESTful API design, authentication, authorization, validation, error handling, versioning, security, and performance optimization.
• Practical understanding of microservices architecture, including service boundaries, inter-service communication, API gateways, messaging, resilience, and distributed application patterns.
• Experience with relational databases, Entity Framework Core, efficient data access, caching, and application observability.

3. Frontend, Cloud & Modern Engineering Practices

• Strong hands-on experience with Angular or Next.js and TypeScript, including component architecture, state management, routing, and API integration.
• Solid understanding of frontend engineering concepts such as client/server rendering, caching strategies, session management, authentication, authorization, and performance optimization.
• Ability to implement application security features such as role-based access control, protected routes, token handling, and integrations such as reCAPTCHA.
• Strong appreciation for intuitive user experiences, usability, responsiveness, and maintainable frontend architecture.
• Practical understanding of AWS or Azure, including how cloud services are integrated and consumed within microservices-based applications.
• Good understanding of Agile and DevOps practices, CI/CD, automated testing, and how these enable faster, more reliable software delivery.

4. AI-Assisted Engineering & Team Productivity

• Practical experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or similar technologies.
• Demonstrate a clear understanding and practical approach to applying AI across everyday engineering activities, beyond basic code generation.
• Ability to effectively integrate AI into requirements analysis, technical design, development, code reviews, and documentation.
• Actively contribute to AI adoption and knowledge sharing within the engineering team while maintaining engineering standards and quality controls.

5. Communication, Collaboration & Ownership

• Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to clearly explain technical approaches and communicate confidently with business and engineering stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively, share knowledge, and support fellow engineers.
• A proactive can-do attitude, strong ownership, and accountability to independently drive assigned features and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including strong hands-on .NET development.
• Proven experience developing and delivering enterprise applications using .NET with Angular or Next.js.
• Practical exposure to AWS or Azure in modern application development environments.
• Added advantages: Experience in airline, aviation, travel or reservation technology, and working with distributed engineering teams.
