Senior Software Engineer - Medallia Developer

As a CX Program Developer , you will join our Global Customer Experience (CX) team, whose purpose is tocontinuously improve how Volvo Trucks captures, understands, and acts on customer feedback across thecomplete customer journey.You will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing our Medallia platform - ensuring that Volvo Trucks remains best-in-class in customer feedback management and insights activation.You will be expected to, over time, become an expert at configuring the Medallia platform, learntechnical delivery methodologies, and build knowledge of the surrounding IT landscape. Your main role will beto work closely with the Product Owner and managers in delivering specific outputs that support Volvo Trucks global CX ambitions.
