What You Will Be Doing

• Feature Development: Architecting and delivering new capabilities with an emphasis on scalability, maintainability, and enduring product value.
• Requirement Engineering: Partnering with product leadership to clarify specifications and guiding technical conversations to ensure alignment between features and strategic goals.
• Operations and Maintenance: Overseeing product health, optimizing performance, and preemptively detecting and addressing potential issues.
• Technical Design: Executing high-stakes technical decisions that directly influence user satisfaction and platform scalability.

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Jumping between ephemeral initiatives or pursuing technology fads without strategic value.
• Contributing to internal IT infrastructure or contract projects lacking meaningful user engagement.
• Spending excessive time in unproductive meetings or managing monotonous infrastructure overhead.

Basic Requirements Senior Software Engineer key responsibilities

• At least 1 year of full-stack development experience, working on front and backend features.
• At least 2 years as the primary technical contributor for a SaaS product, driving strategic technical decisions.
• At least 4 years of experience working on actual SaaS products, not outsourcing or internal IT projects.
• Experience in using generative AI in your day-to-day development work.

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.
