Senior Software Engineer (Java)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance software services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain containerized applications using Docker, ensuring reliable deployments and consistent environments.
• Implement and optimize data access and persistence using RDBMS, including performance and reliability improvements.
• Translate user stories into technical tasks, collaborating with the team to define the right solution approach.
• Contribute to engineering standards for security and quality, including secure coding practices and delivery readiness.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in Java application development.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot for building enterprise applications and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized application deployment.
• Good knowledge of RDBMS concepts, database design, and query optimization.
• Understanding of software design principles, security practices, and application performance tuning.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Familiarity with Angular is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
