• Mentor engineers, perform design and code reviews, and drive engineering excellence across the organization.
• Collaborate with product management, AI, and platform teams to deliver robust enterprise solutions.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including extensive hands-on development in Java and Python.
• Proven experience designing and delivering mission-critical, high-availability products used by enterprise customers.
• Strong expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, asynchronous processing, messaging systems, and REST APIs.
• Experience designing software for high throughput, scalability, resiliency, and fault tolerance.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, testing methodologies, observability, and production operations.
• Excellent communication, technical leadership, and mentoring skills.
