Senior Software Engineer I

Being part of Schneider Electric energy management R&D Center in India, you are responsible for design, implement, test and deliver high quality software to drive the selling of Schneider Electric products/solutions and services.

• Responsibilities:
• Analyze user stories and implement effective solutions
• Collaborate with other team members to plan and estimate tasks
• Clarify story implementation details with the Product Owner and team
• Convert UI/UX wireframes into visual components; implement services and APIs
• Develop reusable code and libraries
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Maintain unit and integration tests
• Produce software for UI automation
• Prepare technical documentation
• Oversee stories from development through UAT and present results in Sprint Review
• Mandatory Skills:
• Good experience in web applications development
• Application Development using – React, Redux, React Query, Node JS, Java script, Typescript, RESful APIs
• Unit & Integration Tests using Vitest
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Docker, Github Actions, CI/CD, Azure
• Highly preferred skills
• Experience with Three.js library
• Azure Functions
• Ability to learn new languages and technologies
• Knowledge in UI automation for React Web apps
• Storybook implementation Qualifications :
• Atleast 6 yrs of experience.
• BE /B.Tech ( Computer Science)
