Senior Software Engineer - Blockchain Cosmos

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Blockchain, Golang, Cosmos SDK, and DevOps to build and manage scalable blockchain infrastructure and decentralised applications. The ideal candidate should be a hands-on developer with a passion for writing high-quality code, solving complex engineering problems, and building production-grade blockchain solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is technically strong and aspires to grow into a Technical Lead role, taking ownership of projects, mentoring engineers, and driving technical decisions over time.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain blockchain applications using Golang and Cosmos SDK.
• Build and manage blockchain nodes, validators, and network infrastructure.
• Develop REST/gRPC APIs and backend services.
• Manage Kubernetes-based deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate infrastructure using Terraform, Docker, Helm, and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable blockchain solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimise system performance.
• Take ownership of technical deliverables and contribute to architecture and design discussions.
• Mentor junior engineers and gradually take on technical leadership responsibilities.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Golang with a solid software engineering background.
• Hands-on experience with Cosmos SDK, Tendermint/CometBFT, and blockchain architecture.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Jenkins/GitHub Actions.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana), and scripting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Ethereum, EVM, or Hyperledger.
• Knowledge of blockchain security and validator operations.
• Exposure to smart contracts and Web3 ecosystems.
• Experience contributing to open-source blockchain projects.
• Prior experience mentoring developers or leading technical initiatives is a plus.

Mandatory:
