Senior Software Development Lead

Job requirements

Experience Range: At least 8 years of software engineering experience with a strong front-end specialization and demonstrated technical leadership, ideally within AI-augmented engineering environments Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of modern, responsive, and scalable web applications, ensuring high-quality user experiences across platforms
• Own front-end architecture, reusable component libraries, and enforce enterprise UI standards for consistency and efficiency
• Develop robust user interfaces using React, Angular, Next.js, or similar frameworks, optimizing for accessibility, performance, and scalability
• Design and implement backend services and APIs using Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python, integrating seamlessly with front-end applications
• Mentor and guide development teams on architecture, coding best practices, and technical decision-making to foster engineering excellence
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX designers, architects, and engineering teams to deliver business solutions aligned with organizational goals
• Drive technical excellence through code reviews, engineering standards, and quality governance, ensuring compliance and security
• Lead cloud-native deployments using CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms, optimizing for reliability and scalability
  
  

Required Skills:

• Expert proficiency in React, Angular, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles
• Deep knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG guidelines
• Expertise in front-end performance profiling and optimization techniques
• Backend development expertise with Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python
• API development using REST and GraphQL
• Cloud platform experience, preferably Azure, with AWS or GCP also acceptable
• CI/CD pipeline configuration using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools
• Containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with SQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, MongoDB, DynamoDB)
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience building reusable component libraries and enterprise design systems
• Experience with Micro Frontend Architecture
• Knowledge of Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG)
• Exposure to GenAI, Agentic AI platforms, or AI-powered applications
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Copilot Workspace, or similar platforms
• Experience with Event-Driven Architectures and Message Queues
• Knowledge of observability tools, monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing
• Experience developing enterprise SaaS applications
  
  

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline
• Certification in front-end or full stack development such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or AWS Certified Developer
• Certification in cloud-native or DevOps practices, such as Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
• Relevant AI/ML certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate) is a plus
