We serve SMEs who need enterprise-grade tooling without the enterprise complexity. We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer who is passionate about building scalable, maintainable applications, writing clean code, and owning technical decisions end-to-end. This role offers significant ownership, a direct path to Tech Lead, and the opportunity to shape the product architecture of a growing platform.

Key Responsibilities Architect, design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance SaaS application modules across the full stack. Build robust frontend and backend features using modern JavaScript/TypeScript technologies, ensuring responsiveness, performance, and code quality. Design and implement secure, versioned REST APIs adhering to industry standards and internal documentation practices. Write clean, modular, reusable, and well-documented code that follows agreed engineering standards and design patterns. Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback; actively mentor junior and mid-level developers on best practices. Participate in system design discussions, sprint planning, and architectural decision-making alongside the engineering team. Own and resolve production issues — from root cause analysis through to fix, deployment, and post-mortem documentation. Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks, scalability gaps, and technical debt across the codebase. Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and Customer Success teams to translate requirements into high-quality engineering deliverables. Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes, tooling, coding standards, and CI/CD pipelines. Maintain and evolve multi-tenant SaaS architecture — ensuring data isolation, security, and scalability across customer tenants. Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end test coverage to support product reliability.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field. 4–6 years of professional full-stack software development experience in a product or SaaS environment. Proven track record of delivering production-grade features and managing technical complexity independently. Strong understanding of software architecture principles — SOLID, DRY, separation of concerns, and design patterns. Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills with an ability to work through ambiguous requirements. Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration across cross-functional teams. Demonstrated leadership potential with the ability to mentor peers and grow into a Tech Lead role.
